Western Riverside Waste Authority is responsible for treating the waste and recycling collected by the London Boroughs of Hammersmith & Fulham, Lambeth, Wandsworth and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The Authority is at a transitional stage, looking at how it may deliver waste services in the future, reduce carbon, prevent avoidable waste and provide value for money. We have some big decisions to make and we are developing strategies to help us make those decisions.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Waste Prevention Officer to join our passionate, friendly and successful team. You will help shape and deliver the Waste Prevention programme for East London Waste Authority (ELWA), working alongside our four Constituent Councils and a number of other partners.
