Waste Management and Customer Support Officer

Do you have a passion for the environment and sustainable resource management? Are you skilled in performance monitoring with a flair for problem solving?

It is a great time to join us as we embark on the next stage of our journey in continuously improving our award-winning waste service. This role will be supporting the delivery of a waste management service for over 45,000 households by ensuring compliance and performance standards are being achieved; supporting the delivery of customer engagement activities; and supporting with service improvement projects.

We are looking for an inquisitive individual who can effectively and efficiently support the management of our waste collection and reprocessing services. You will use your data management and numerical skills to monitor and analyse service performance. Your passion for problem solving and doing things differently will lead to positive outcomes for the service and our customers.
